Vacuum-cast parts and small batch production

Vacuum casting is suitable as a subsequent procedure for reproducing the original models quickly and cost-effectively.

As the name vacuum casting suggests, cast parts are manufactured in a vacuum from a silicon form filled with polyurethane resin.
The production-relevant material character-istics range from elastic to glass fibre reinforced. The basic colours are opaque, black and transparent, whereby personalised colours can also be mixed without any problems. You then receive components with extremely accurate dimensions.

The vacuum casting moulds are suitable for the production of small batches of plastic components up to 25 prototypes. Almost everything which is possible in mass production can be manufactured quickly and cost-efficiently via vacuum casting in small quantities. Different surface finishing procedures such as printing, lacquering, chromium plating and metal coating are also possible.
